Individual Leadership Development - done in a group setting

This is individual work but done in a safe group setting. So they are not an intact team but will represent a cross-section of the company's departments. They are focused on themselves but have the benefit of learning from the experiences and ideas of their peers. Through the process, they strengthen themselves and also their relationships across the company.

The curriculum can be chosen from a variety of possible modules. And we can customize this together to be either a six or twelve month personal development program.

I have developed processes around existing leading edge tools like Gallup’s Strengths-Based Leadership and The Leadership Circle's 360 Profile to create a robust program that is guaranteed to give your participants significant insights at every turn about their impact and blindspots and limiting beliefs and natural strengths and then support in generating strategic action steps and then following up on that momentum.

The outcome being that these leaders have some tools to give them a better understanding of their impact and a specifc action plan on how to consciously calibrate it.
